Kona Hot Yoga (formerly ‘Bikram Yoga Kona’) is a collective of yoga lovers who are deeply passionate about helping you reach your highest potential while we practice in paradise. Rooted in community since 2010, we’ve been sweating out our worries, stretching our limits, and welcoming everyone from all ages, shapes, and backgrounds to flow with us in the hottest studio on the Big Island. We aim to set the standard for hot yoga – offering specialized classes, workshops, and teacher trainings for locals and visitors.

Our classes are designed to challenge you as much as they will rejuvenate you, ranging from Bikram, vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and Inferno Hot Pilates®. Our instructors are certified, extremely knowledgeable about yoga, and take pride in creating a positive and welcoming space for you to create healthy changes within yourself and our community. We believe you deserve to feel good and live good. We hope to be your source of peace, strength, and intention on the Big Island. We can’t wait to see you on your mat!

    Love love the Inferno Hot Pilates classes!!! Crista (the owner) is amazing. The class is super high energy with friendly people and the best workout I've ever had! What a great cleanse and tone! I was pretty worried before taking the class but Crista assured me I can go at my own pace with options for more gentle variations and I ended up loving it! Definitely going back regularly!

Lets be honest, not every yoga studio is clean, but this one IS! and there is enough room to join a big class on net feel like you're sweating on your neighbor.
